Tammy Misztak, Owner
Tammy began her career 25 years ago working as a bookkeeper in her Mother’s insurance firm. After completing advanced level tax courses with a leading tax preparation firm, spent 10 years woking with their head office and tax manager programs developed for an investment group as a lead tax preparer and was an instructor for their tax courses.
After working in industry for a few years in various accounting roles, she joined a local Chartered Accounting firm where she spent 13 years. In this role, she worked closely with clients in many different industries preparing their year end files, software training and support, systems implementation and full cycle bookkeeping.
In early 2015 the opportunity presented to open her own bookkeeping practice, followed shortly thereafter by the acquisition of Excel Accounting & Bookkeeping Services Inc., a practice that had been established in Whitby for several years.
